Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy: - Clients can book appointments online, by phone, or through our mobile app. - A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. - Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. - No-shows will be charged the full rebooking fee in the amount of $35.00. - Early/Late, and Holiday Appointments will incur an additional $20.00 fee. - On set makeup will incur an additional fee
